Shipping Policy

At Esslings, we do everything we can to get your order to you as quickly and carefully as possible. Below you'll find all the details on processing, delivery, and shipping costs.

Processing Time
Once your order is placed, it is processed and shipped by our supplier(s) within 1-3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your package is on its way, including a tracking link where available.

Delivery Times
Because our products are shipped from different locations (both within and outside the European Union), delivery times can vary per item:

  • Shipped from the EU: approximately 3-10 business days
  • Shipped from outside the EU: approximately 7-20 business days

The exact delivery time depends on the product and, where possible, is listed on the product page. Please allow for slightly longer delivery times during busy periods (holidays, sales).

Shipping Costs
Shipping is free on all orders. Shipping costs are included in the listed product price, and you will not be charged any extra shipping fees at checkout.

Shipping from Outside the EU and Customs
For orders shipped from outside the European Union, import duties or customs fees may apply in exceptional cases, depending on your country's regulations. Any such costs, where applicable, are the responsibility of the customer and are outside our control.

Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking code (where available) so you can follow your package's status.

Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, takes longer than expected, or appears to be lost, please contact us and we'll work with you to find a suitable solution (reshipment, refund, or another alternative).
